Dec 23, 2020 The Windows 10 Edition Beta was released on July 29, 2015, at a higher price than Pocket Edition. Gear VR Edition was released April 27, 2016 for the same price as Pocket Edition. Two other versions of Minecraft that are based on the Bedrock codebase, but separate from Bedrock Edition, were also released during this period. Minecraft Windows 10 edition install folder I installed the Windows 10 version of Minecraft and want to make a shortcut and drag it onto my desktop. However, I'm having trouble finding the folder that contains some 'Minecraft.exe' and because of this I can't make the shortcut.
